Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking an Associate Regional Sales Manager for our Food Service team to cover the Southern Florida area from a home-based office. You will drive sales with broadline distributors, K-12, colleges, and non-commercial accounts, and report to the Zone Sales Manager.

Role requires 5+ years in sales, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM; travel is 25-50% with some overnights monthly to grow regional business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in food service or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with broadline distributors and key stakeholders to hit annual sales goals.
• Drive sales across ~60 regional accounts ensuring contract compliance and penetration.
• Lead customer-facing events including sales meetings, food shows, and trainings.
• Deliver regional sales quotas by directing distributor activities and executing GTM strategies.
• Track results with Salesforce and analyze data for opportunities and inventory needs.
