Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to own a full 360 desk in Boston, MA. You will partner with leading STEM clients and exceptional talent to shape the future of specialist hiring and drive new business opportunities.

You will build lasting relationships, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from development to placement, and provide strategic hiring advice to startups, scale-ups, and global organizations.
