Job summary

Polimorphic is hiring an Associate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Go To Market org, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who wants real ownership and to build repeatable pipelines for SDRs and other GTM roles.

You will run requisitions end-to-end, partner with GTM leadership on hiring plans, and contribute to a fast-paced, scalable hiring operation in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple open reqs in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represent Polimorphic to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (SDR, AE, CS reps, marketing coordinators).
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; gather structured feedback; keep ATS clean.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on what 'great' looks like.
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline for recurring roles, especially SDRs.
• Coordinate offer logistics and support a smooth candidate experience.
• Track and report recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Associate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Go To Market org: Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who wants real ownership. You’ll run your own requisitions end-to-end, build the pipelines that keep our sales floor staffed as we scale, and work closely with GTM leadership on hiring plans.

We’re currently in an aggressive hiring phase for our sales and customer success team, so this role will spend a lot of time building repeatable, high-volume pipelines (especially for SDR and early-career sales roles) as well as supporting more senior GTM searches.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including SDRs, AEs, CS reps, and marketing coordinators, from intake through offer
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep the ATS pipeline clean and up to date
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on what “great” looks like
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline for recurring roles, particularly SDR, so we’re never starting from zero
• Coordinate offer logistics and support a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout
• Track and report on recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or another client-facing role (agency or in-house recruiting experience a plus, but not required if you’ve got the aptitude and drive)
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable owning multiple open reqs at once in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you represent Polimorphic to every candidate you talk to
• Comfortable with a high-volume, structured process; we move fast and hire in batches
• A genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience recruiting for a SaaS sales organization
• Exposure to govtech, public sector, or B2G sales cycles
