Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring multiple Associate Radiology Technologist positions in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. The role is part-time, 0.4 FTE, with a 16-hour weekly shift, under direction of imaging leadership to perform radiologic procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of 1 year of an accredited radiologic training program or equivalent education/experience.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT).
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs all phases of radiologic procedures within scope.
• Assists radiologist in exams and procedures to obtain a diagnosis.
• Under the direction of Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of radiologists.

Education

Completion of 1 year of an accredited radiologic training program or equivalent education/experience

National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT) within 1 year of hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

We are hiring for multiple openings of Associate Radiology Technologist positions in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Currently available schedules:
Part Time, 0.4 FTE, Variable shift, 16 hours per week.

$4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Under the direction of the Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of the radiologists, performs all phases of radiologic procedures within scope and assists the radiologist in exams and procedures to obtain a diagnosis that will provide the best possible care for the patient.

• 6 months completion of clinical rotation in Diagnostic Imaging environment.
