Job summary

Home Market Foods seeks an Associate R&D Technologist to support product development from concept to scale. You will review nutritional data, help write specifications, and assist in bringing new products to large-scale manufacturing.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience in meat or protein analogues, a relevant degree, and strong MS Office skills to analyze data and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 2–5 years meat/protein experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to review data and write specifications.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, formulation, and testing of new product formulas.
• Ensure formulations meet cost, quality, and client requirements.
• Support multiple projects and help meet deadlines.
• Contribute to product presentations and market trend research.
