Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. seeks an Associate Quality Manager in Wellford, SC to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 QMS and overall quality performance.

You will oversee daily quality activities, inspections, nonconformities, audits, and quality reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The role requires 3–5 years QA/QC experience, ISO 9001 knowledge, and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience with inspections, nonconforming material control, root cause analysis, and internal audits.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle and MasterControl preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS and related documents.
• Oversee incoming quality inspection at Distribution Centers and production facilities.
• Ensure materials and processes meet specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, contain, and disposition nonconforming materials.
• Coordinate temporary staff and external services for inspections and rework.
• Support audits, corrective actions, and management review prep.
