Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Associate Quality Manager to lead quality assurance programs across production sites, driving compliance with federal/state regulations and customer standards. You will design and implement policies, oversee testing, and manage root-cause analyses and corrective actions.

Reporting to the Quality Director, you will mentor staff, develop metrics, and partner with operations to improve processes while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality management.
• Knowledge of safety, environment, and manufacturing regulations.

Oversees testing of processes and products.Essential Job FunctionsThe following duties are normal for this position.
