Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer at its Coatesville, PA location.

You will support daily quality activities including reviewing customer specifications, order setup, product inspection, testing, and ensuring compliance to standards. The ideal candidate has a Metallurgy-related engineering degree, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or related field required.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Work effectively within a team and communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Provide metallurgical and technical support for product and process improvement through data analysis and problem solving.
• Monitor product and process variability and performance to standards.
• Meet with customers/processors to provide solutions to quality issues and warranty solutions.
