Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing basic quality support to the Division, including complaint investigation, resolution, and reporting. Assist with routine product evaluations, set basic quality standards for both in-process and finished product inspections, and support the QA team in product testing, documentation, and vendor qualification activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate customer/sales force complaints and ensure they are investigated accurately and closed in a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Issue replacements, credits, or RGA’s as required for complaint resolution. Notify sales reps/customers regarding investigation results.
  3. Run monthly or quarterly complaint trend reports per SOP.
  4. Coordinate stock checks and rework of products as required in response to complaints.
  5. Identify appropriate actions to prevent further complaints. Initiate manufacturing and supplier corrective action reports and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  6. Coordinate or perform inspections of new products or products from new vendors at branches and factories.
  7. Build appropriate product documentation (e.g., Device Master Records) in compliance with applicable regulations to support Design Control and Risk Management activities.
  8. Create and maintain inspection procedures.

Required Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related technical field.
  2. Experience processing relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance, and drawing clear conclusions.
  3. Experience using time management skills to prioritize, organize, and track details to meet multiple project deadlines.
  4. Problem-solving experience, overcoming obstacles, and reaching positive solutions through systematic operations.
  5. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Position may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $68,640.00 - $99,320.00 annually.

The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
