Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 1+ years of professional experience, or STEM-related Masters degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance within a year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufactured and procured components.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve non‑conformances.
