Job summary

Electronic Arts Inc. in the United States seeks a hybrid Associate Quality Designer to test, document, and analyze gameplay features while collaborating with development teams and proposing improvements to quality standards.

You will build relationships with dev, production and design teams, conduct end-to-end reviews of quality strategy and test plans, and leverage testing tools and AI to optimize coverage with a Player First approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent QA experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking software (preferably Jira) and gaming console platforms.
• Skilled in writing comprehensive test plans and cases using various testing practices.
• Deep knowledge of American/College Football and familiarity with the College Football video game series.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for clear communication of testing progress and status.
