Job summary

BMS Devens, MA is hiring a QC Analyst to support in-process, final product and stability testing. You'll assist with documentation, deviations, investigations and continuous improvement, working Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12AM. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and adherence to GMP.

Ideal candidates have a science background (Bachelor's preferred) and 0-2+ years in analytical testing, with experience in basic lab techniques and cell/molecular biology methods. Training will be provided.

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting QC testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples. May assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.

This position works the following shift schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/ investigation related tasks and/ or continuous improvement efforts.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science. Associate ’ s degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• 0-2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferable in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and basic laboratory safety practices.
• Prior experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., cell-based assays, flow cytometry, aseptic technique) is preferred.
• Ability to accurately and completely understand and follow procedures.
• Apply scientific principles to analytical testing and the proper use of laboratory equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.

Compensation Overview

Devens - MA - US: $36.90 - $44.71per hour

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
