Assistant Property Manager
At Community First! Village (CFV), the Neighbor Care department has the privilege of walking alongside our neighbors, providing opportunities for them to settle, cultivate, and care for themselves and others in this unique community home to formerly chronically homeless individuals. As a part of the Neighbor Care team, the Property Management team is animated by a vision to empower neighbors into a lifestyle of accountability, goodness, and mutual respect in order to create a peaceful and healthy community.

Some nights and weekends may be required, as well as rotating on‑call duties. Primary work location may shift based on operational needs and phase launch timing.
