Job summary

Axial designs and manufactures highly engineered solar trackers and structures, backed by an international network and a growing US footprint. The Associate Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between the client and Axial, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maximizing client satisfaction.

The role is suited for individuals with backgrounds as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Solar Project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across departments.
• Strong technical and managerial capabilities.
• Spanish as a second language (medium level).

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: send, review, negotiate, close contracts.
• Project Planning: develop schedules, manage Navision integration.
• Milestone Certifications: set milestones, sign-offs, invoicing.
• Project Monitoring: ensure delivery schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Cost Tracking: supervise expenditures and penalties.
• Internal and External Meetings: coordinate weekly meetings and client discussions.
• Project Closure: handle handover, warranties, and customer satisfaction surveys.
