Associate Project Manager - Remote (Open to candidates in TX, AZ or NM)

What You Will Do

As our Implementation Project Manager, you will manage the execution of all project scopes, including large regional and strategic customer solutions for our Emergency Care organization.

• Manage all project scopes independently, including complex and high-revenue projects, following guidelines established in the Implementation Process document.
• Participate in the sales process as needed to specify technical solutions and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
• Plan individual projects for each assigned customer.
• Configure systems to meet customer needs.
• Provide or coordinate training on product use and complete all necessary documentation to confirm system readiness.
• Coordinate with team members, customers, and partners to ensure all tasks are planned and executed according to the project plan.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of implementation project management experience.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications preferred.
• Knowledge of communication technologies such as cellular, Bluetooth, wireless, and Computer Aided Dispatch preferred.
• Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.

Residency Requirements: Candidates must reside in Dallas, TX Metro; Phoenix, AZ Metro; or Albuquerque, NM Metro.
