Associate Project Manager - Remote (Open to candidates in TX, AZ or NM)

What You Will Do

• Manage the execution of all project scopes, including large regional and strategic customer solutions for our Emergency Care organization.
• Independently manage complex and high-revenue projects following the guidelines in the Implementation Process document.
• Participate in the sales process as needed to specify technical solutions and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
• Plan and execute individual projects for each assigned customer.
• Configure systems to meet customer needs.
• Provide or coordinate training on product use and complete all necessary documentation to ensure system readiness.
• Coordinate with team members, customers, and partners to ensure all tasks are planned and executed according to the project plan.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of implementation project management experience.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications preferred.
• Knowledge of communication technologies such as cellular, Bluetooth, wireless, and Computer Aided Dispatch preferred.
• Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.

Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in Dallas, TX Metro, Phoenix, AZ Metro, or Albuquerque, NM Metro.
