Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or process engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional engineering/infra experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Build multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, transportation, and other disciplines.
• Contribute to client meetings and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, decisions, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and assist with risk management and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Ensure disciplined document control and information accessibility.
• Shape early decisions through site development studies and master planning.
• Support complex assignments in industrial facilities, logistics, and intermodal infrastructure.
• Coordinate alignment among internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Assist with proposal development, scope, and delivery strategy.
• Identify improvements to strengthen project execution.
