Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC in Ridgeville, SC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning.

Under supervision of a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, help manage schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation, and grow your leadership in a dynamic industrial setting. This role offers exposure to complex, high-impact automation projects and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent technical experience.
0–3 years of experience in project delivery in industrial automation or systems integration environments.
Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Support assigned projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
Assist with development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software and field service teams.
