Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation and control system projects from execution to closeout in Ridgeville, SC. You will support project managers by coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams, communicating with customers and trade partners to keep projects on track and aligned with scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 0–3 years of project delivery experience in industrial automation or systems integration.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
