Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 1+ year Python and AI experience, strong written communication, and MS Office proficiency. Travel is required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience with Python and AI.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce technical documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to travel for estimating activities.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the estimate of distribution, transmission, or substation projects.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and field leadership to estimate cost and resolve inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with operations to align estimate, schedule, and work plan with customer needs.
• Attend customer pre-bid meetings and job walks.
• Track feedback to improve future estimating efforts.
• Utilize Python and AI to assist in the estimating process.
