Digitas is seeking an outstanding Associate in Account & Project Management within the AMP program. You will learn foundational skills for a career in digital marketing, shaping experiences for Fortune 500 clients and coordinating cross-functional teams across planning, creative, and technology.

The role focuses on five areas: project management, client coordination, marketing, communication, and financial operations, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Project Manager or Client Lead.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent.
• Leadership and diligence demonstrated in work or school.
• Strong passion for Account Management, Project Management, and Marketing.
• Proficient with enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support large initiatives and lead smaller projects.
• Set up projects for success with proper planning and client alignment.
• Keep clients and internal teams moving in the same direction.
• Anticipate project needs and remove potential barriers.
• Share knowledge with project teams and ensure client-ready documentation.
• Participate in internal and client meetings and collaborate across teams.
