Job summary

The Stafford Gray Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams in a hybrid role based in Lansing, Michigan.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project. CAPM or PMP is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable to deadlines.
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.

Responsibilities
