Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation and control system projects from proposal to closeout. Expect cross‑functional coordination across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services, with a focus on schedule, cost, quality and safety.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial projects and a strong background in multi‑discipline delivery. Travel ~75% and a performance‑based bonus are included in a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex industrial, engineering, automation, or systems integration projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines including engineering, field execution, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead projects with elevated operational, technical, or commercial complexity.
• Experience in structured project delivery environments is preferred; PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex automation and control system projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop integrated project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, cost tracking, and change management.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to meet objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables to company standards.
• Serve as primary customer interface and senior delivery leader.
