MSM, a woman-owned experiential agency in the Town of Webster, is seeking an individual to manage project deliverables while collaborating with teams to create exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will be involved in monitoring timelines, managing project tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires a collaborative spirit and proficiency in project management software. The pay range is between 65,000 - 75,000 USD per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Services Team to understand and capture the project requirements.
• Work with all departments to ensure we are creating the best product possible for our clients.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure the project stays on track to meet deadlines.
• Ensure that all products and services produced meet our high-quality standards.
• Work with project manager(s) to maintain, control and monitor the project costs to ensure it stays on budget.
• Properly communicate with all team members.
• Capture, assign and manage all project tasks.
• Learn and follow the project process, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with post-show reviews, facilitating data collection, scheduling meetings, and facilitating the collection of information, capturing and distributing action items to various teams for quality improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

Pay Range

65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (MSM)
