Job Description
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Develop cost/benefit analysis, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, test plans, contracts, risk and mitigation strategies, change management plans, and communication plans.
- Define and secure authorization and funding for projects.
- Determine staffing needs and individual roles and responsibilities for the project team.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor the work of team members and conduct project meetings.
- Maintain the project plan, including risk management, issue management, change management, and communication plans.
- Ensure all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitments are communicated to impacted team members.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work across different teams, locations, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the overall management and integration of requirements, including vendor tasks.
- Track and review vendor deliverables.
- Measure, monitor, and report project progress at defined milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery by balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and resolution of problems.

- Ability to present information, status updates, and issues in a clear and concise manner to drive decision-making.
- Ability to organize and facilitate groups effectively while keeping projects moving forward.
- Ability to work effectively with senior staff members and management.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Project Management.
- PMP certification.
- BA/BS in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related experience.
