1100 Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the PM Team in data processing, QC, and client reporting. You will coordinate with the PA Team to prepare data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires strong organization, Relativity knowledge, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule including extended hours may be needed to meet client deadlines, with potential for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude with database programs and review platforms.
• Working knowledge of Relativity including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC – Import/Export, Searching, STRs, and Imaging/OCR Sets.
• Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase.
• Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with PA Team on client requests from multiple parties and elevate to PM Team as necessary.
• Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing.
• Interpret client needs and PM Team instructions to pass them accurately to the Operations Team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues with delivered or hosted data.
• Monitor and report progress of client projects across multiple departments and inform clients of status updates and delays.
• Perform higher-level PA tasks, such as running complex productions, STRs, and custom requests, with minimal supervision.
• Handle custom non-standard requests that are not standardized, but not complex enough for PM involvement.
• Provide coverage for PA and PM teams as needed and assist with on-call rotations.
• Perform PM-level Quality Control of work requests and deliverables, and assist with custom reporting.
• Assist PM Team in drives management and client archival requests.
• Conduct training of the PA Team for new hires or transfers.

Job Description: The Associate Project Manager (APM) will assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers (collectively, PM Team) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows, as well as assist with quality control and guidance of work performed by the Project Analysts (PA Team). The APM’s duties will include serving as a keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the PA Team on client requests from multiple parties on various matters and elevate to the PM Team as necessary.
• Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing.
• Interpret client needs and PM Team instructions to pass them accurately and efficiently on to the Operations Team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data.
• Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq, including proactively informing the client of status updates and known/potential delays.
• Perform higher-level PA Team tasks, such as running complex productions, STRs, and custom requests, with minimal supervision.
• Handle custom non-standard requests that are not standardized, but not complex enough to need PM Team involvement.
• Provide coverage for both PA Team and PM Team as needed due to absences, and assisting the PM Team with on call evening, weekend, and holiday rotations.
• Perform PM-level Quality Control of work requests submitted to the Operations Team.
• Perform PM-level Quality Control of deliverable to clients and tracking of deliverables.
• Assist PM Team with various custom reporting and tracking for the client.
• Assist PM Team in coordination/management of drives stored and returned.
• Assist in management of client archival requests.
• Conduct training of the PA Team for new hires or transfers to assigned client team.
