About The Role

The Associate Project Manager provides advanced administrative support to senior project management team members managing corporate office and retail bank construction projects. Duties include documentation preparation, issuance for commitment, financial modeling, financial reconciliations, and budget reporting.

This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion.

Remote role but candidates preferred to be local to Hartford, CT, Philadelphia, PA, or Rhode Island.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for commercial real estate projects.
  • Implement project documentation governance, ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
  • Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances.
  • Lead smaller projects or third-party project delivery resources as assigned.
  • Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, explain complex information clearly.
  • Impact quality of work and work of others, work within standardized procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years relevant experience; experience and education considered as alternative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project beneficial.
  • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner’s rep, or commercial projects; ability to read architectural drawings; knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices.
  • Understanding of procedures and standards, ability to analyze solutions using technical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, inquisitive mentality.

Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend merged into a single global entity. Initial employment may be with Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC; later transfer to Turner & Townsend.

The minimum salary is $65,000 and maximum is $72,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
