How you'll do it

Stay close to the work by interpreting regulatory requirements early and confirming that project deliverables meet both code and customer expectations. Own outcomes with accountability by tracking scope, budget, billings, collections, and change orders with discipline from start to finish. Communicate clearly and candidly with customers and internal teams when technical or business issues arise. Use JCI standard tools and processes whenever possible to keep execution consistent, support documentation quality, and reduce rework. Collaborate by coordinating closely with subcontractors, technicians, designers, administration, and customer stakeholders across every phase of the project. Improve every day by reviewing documentation carefully, resolving commissioning issues promptly, and closing gaps in as‑built, manuals, and warranty materials. Put safety first by ensuring Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards at the jobsite.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, low voltage, mechanical, electronics, or another related industry.

  • Ability to manage project tasks, documentation, and customer communication with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Ability to work with project financial information, including costs, billings, collections, and forecast updates.
