Job summary

Fingerpaint Group is looking for a project coordinator to organize schedules, budgets, and project details within our health and wellness advertising team in the United States. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.

You will break projects into actionable steps, manage timelines, and support reporting and meetings for project managers. A strong emphasis on organization and client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role, 0 to 2 years preferred.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Objectives Of This Role

Project coordinators are responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.
