Job summary

Performance Contracting Group's PCI Dallas 114 in Midlothian, TX is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer. This role provides hands-on experience in project management and estimating, serving as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI.

You will participate in safety meetings, conduct punch lists, assist QA/QC, prepare RFIs, support scheduling, takeoffs, and material coordination, with growth opportunities in a dynamic employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/CS or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings

• Labor control on assigned projects, including set up and maintenance

Basic Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
