St. John's College of Nursing is seeking an Associate Professor to join our team in Springfield, Illinois. The role supports ongoing nursing program implementation, mentors faculty, and contributes to scholarly activities while providing leadership within the college.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate, have post-secondary teaching experience, and possess RN licensure in the practice state; APN licensure is required for the FNP track. This is a full-time faculty position within HSHS.

• Doctorate degree required.
• Four years post-secondary teaching experience required.
• Four years teaching at the Assistant Professor rank preferred.
• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• APN license required for master’s Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track.
