You will work with customers to understand requirements, deliver assigned work within the agreed scope, and elevate deviations or out-of-scope requests to the project lead. With guidance from experienced team members, you will build expertise across the Vasion platform while learning customer environments and contributing to successful post-sales engagements.

What you'll do

  • Work with customers to understand requirements, recommend options for straightforward issues, and deliver work within the agreed statement of work.
  • Deliver assigned post-sales work to the agreed plan, learning customer environments and goals and coordinating day-to-day activities with partners under direction.
  • Communicate product behavior clearly to customer administrators and identify when Support, Engineering, or other expertise is needed.
  • Identify out-of-scope requests, plan deviations, and potential expansion opportunities and raise them to the appropriate project or account team.
  • Support customer training using standard materials, accurately track project time, and maintain current Vasion platform knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
  • Foundational hands-on experience in system administration, cloud services, enterprise software implementation, infrastructure support, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking, Windows Server, web technologies, and IIS configuration and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Intelligent Print Automation, output management, ECM, workflow automation, or related enterprise software
  • Exposure to identity providers and SSO technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent
  • Relevant entry-level industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent
