Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking an Associate Production Scientist - Analytical Development to perform analytical testing in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment in Sheboygan Falls, WI.

You will execute established methods, transfer methods to site QC/AD, maintain instrumentation, and support basic method development. Collaboration at project meetings and accurate documentation of results are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or engineering field or 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with analytical testing and instrument-based measurements.
• Familiarity with ISO or GMP requirements and safe chemical handling.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Your Role

We are seeking an Associate Production Scientist - Analytical Development to perform analytical testing in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute established analytical methods in support of process development or site production.
• Transfer external or internal analytical methods into site QC / analytical development.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation.
• Basic analytical method development supporting site operational needs.
• Analytical representation at project meetings.
• Maintain databases, document work for internal / external communication of experimental outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline.
• OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of work experience in a chemical production, laboratory or chemical engineering role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in an industrial or academic chemical environment.
• Experience with chemical measurement technologies such as IC, HPLC, GC, NMR, IR and wet chemistry.
• Experience with safe chemical handling.
• Experience with ISO or GMP requirements.
• Experience with writing experimental procedures and reports.

Pay Range for this position

$30/hr - $47/hr . The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
