Venture Global LNG in Cameron, LA is seeking an Associate Production Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on developing and progressing the Ready for Operations schedule to transition our facility from EPC to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a process/chemical or petroleum engineering discipline.
• 1–4 years of engineering experience in a process plant environment preferred.
• Oil and Gas experience required, LNG experience preferred.
• Graduates with passion for the discipline will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a facility production forecasting model.
• Maintain mass and energy balance models.
• Develop tools for production, environmental, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor production performance summaries and KPIs for each processing train.
• Coordinate with maintenance, gas supply, commercial operations and finance.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to operations.
• Set daily production targets and define operating limits with operations and engineering.
• Analyze deviations and maximize LNG rundown while ensuring safety and reliability.
