This is a full-time, in-office position based at Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

What We Do

Online Services Infrastructure Operations is involved in:

• Building and maintaining infrastructure for uptime, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensuring code is compiled, packaged, and delivered efficiently and safely.
• Providing a foundation for developers to build upon.

Responsibilities

• Creating, assigning, and tracking work tickets.
• Leading sprint rituals and planning future sprints.
• Identifying and communicating task requirements and dependencies.
• Facilitating task prioritization and value delivery.
• Reporting metrics and KPIs to team leads and stakeholders.
• Managing project scope, timelines, and risks.
• Driving project planning, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or project management roles.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Monday, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.

Skills

• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
