JOB OVERVIEW:

The incumbent must be able to function in a rapidly changing environment, take direction well, and prioritize multiple projects. They should actively gather information from various sources, process data, and communicate key learnings with recommendations to the Product Manager. This role supports customers and the field sales team for Revision product order and issue support. Strong analytical, planning, communication (both written and verbal), and diplomatic skills are essential for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update data for existing products.
  • Support and update data for the new quoting tool.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments (Engineering, MSO, Purchasing, RA/QA, Sales) to represent the needs of the Brasseler Medical product line.
  • Cross-train with team members and share responsibilities as needed.
  • Update and maintain the ERP system for Brasseler Medical products.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing and submitting product initiation, change, and discontinuation documentation, along with other control documents.
  • Coordinate with Brasseler and MSO teams to develop a scalable loaner program, including processes for entry, shipping, and tracking returns of loaner equipment.
  • Provide invoices to customers/distributors, process POs, and handle order entry, including working with sales leaders for accurate processing, shipping inventory and replacements, managing damaged returns, and shipping demo products.
  • Offer customer product support and handle field sales inquiries professionally and promptly. Assist with internal product training as directed.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Understanding of industry practices.
  • Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing or customer support practices.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Understanding of industry practices.
  • Knowledge of Brasseler Medical’s product portfolio.
  • Strong decision-making, planning, organizational, analysis, problem-solving, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and current IT hardware and software.
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing marketing and product requirements for hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of the medical market is preferred.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Travel less than 10%. Office environment.
  • Requires sitting, standing, phone and computer work for extended periods. May need to lift/move up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities include close and distance vision, and focus adjustment.
