  • Support investigation and resolution of product quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to customer quality responses, technical reports and documentation.
  • Support quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help drive lessons learned into development and manufacturing processes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help investigate quality concerns, analyze data, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.## ## Key Responsibilities* Support the investigation and resolution of product quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.* Participate in root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive actions.* Analyze product, manufacturing, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.* Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to improve product quality and reliability.* Contribute to customer quality responses, technical reports, and quality documentation.* Support quality management systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Assist in driving lessons learned and quality improvements into product development and manufacturing processes.## ## Must Have Skills* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.* Understanding of quality engineering principles and root cause analysis methodologies.* Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.## ## Preferred Education and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.* 0-2 years of experience in quality engineering, product engineering, manufacturing, test engineering, or related technical areas.* Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma.* Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, product development, reliability, testing, or quality systems through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.* Experience analyzing technical, manufacturing, or quality-related data is a plus.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
