Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.**Responsibilities:*** Manage key customer relationships across consumer, industrial, aerospace, military, automotive, and other markets, with a focus on quality-related matters.* Oversee and communicate customer failure analysis requests, issue resolution, improvement initiatives, and new product introduction activities (APQP/PPAP), as well as PCN communications and approvals, periodic quality reviews, and customer quality status reporting.* Collaborate with sales, customer operations, business unit, test, design, product, planning, and regional quality engineering teams to address customer inquiries and resolve quality-related challenges in a timely manner.* Serve as the primary customer interface for quality requirements, field returns, 8D reports, and customer audits.* Advocate for customers by representing their needs and expectations, interpreting requirements, and driving quality systems and process improvements that support evolving customer needs, satisfaction, and scorecard performance.* Demonstrate strong problem‐solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to develop and facilitate data‐driven solutions to complex issues.**Qualifications:*** 5–10 years of experience in Customer Quality Engineering.* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.* Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, failure mechanisms, reliability stress testing, and failure analysis tools and techniques.* Experience working with demanding customers and performing effectively in high-pressure situations.* Proven analytical and problem‐solving abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to multiple organizational levels both internally and externally.* Ability to travel locally, domestically within the United States, and internationally as needed.* Knowledge of commercial and automotive semiconductor standards such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and AEC‐Q100 is ideal. Familiarity with issue‐resolution methodologies including 8D, 5‐Why, Is/Is‐Not, Ishikawa, fishbone, and fault tree analysis. Data analysis skills for identifying trends in semiconductor manufacturing data, customer issues, and project challenges are a plus.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
