Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate on the Open Banking Product Operations team to help execute strategic initiatives and align across the organization. You will monitor product performance, support portfolio planning, and prepare executive communications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive roadmap planning and use BI to influence senior leaders, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting in financial services, payments, or tech.
• Knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Experience defining and building out product roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and drive transformation.
• Self-motivated with startup mindset and collaboration skills.

The Open Banking product team is leading the industry in enabling customers to easily and securely share their data across financial institutions and FinTechs, holistically manage their finances, and seamlessly control these permissions through Chase’s Security Center.

As an Associate on the Product Operations team for Open Banking, you will help execute strategic initiatives and support operational alignment across the Open Banking Product organization. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to monitor product performance, coordinate product planning, support portfolio management, and prepare executive communications.

Job responsibilities

• Track, and refine OKRs, KPIs, and other key business metrics; monitor progress against strategic goals
• Coordinate ongoing, quarterly, and annual roadmap planning across the Open Banking portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage business intelligence and analytics to inform senior leadership and guide key business decisions.
• Craft executive communications and build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broaden range of internal and external stakeholders; foster collaboration and partnership to advance organizational strategy.
• Partner with tech and mission control to quickly resolve and root cause client issues and production incidents

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Experience in defining and building out product roadmaps
• Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
• Strong culture carrier
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA
