Enable commercial teams to succeed with the right tools, resources, and insights.

Portfolio Excellence & Sales Enablement

  • Serve as a steward of product information, maintaining technical literature, specifications, application guides, sales tools, and customer‑facing resources that help drive market confidence and adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to deliver timely product communications, sales‑support resources, and sample programs that enable customer engagement and growth.
  • Lead cross‑functional reviews of labels, packaging, and product documentation, ensuring alignment with branding, quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how product information is managed, accessed, and communicated across the organization.

Business Operations & Portfolio Stewardship

Gain broad business exposure by helping manage the commercial, operational, and financial drivers behind product success.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales to support inventory planning, product availability, and production‑related decision making.
  • Lead recurring reviews of slow‑moving and obsolete inventory, driving visibility, alignment, and action plans that improve portfolio performance.
  • Support product transitions, SKU optimization initiatives, and lifecycle management activities that simplify the business and enhance profitability.
  • Contribute to cost‑management and margin‑improvement initiatives by partnering with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and evaluate solutions.

Market Intelligence, Innovation & Growth

Build expertise in customers, markets, and competitors to drive growth.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive products, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Support product managers in evaluating portfolio performance through financial analysis, lifecycle assessments, and business reviews.
  • Participate in customer interviews, jobsite visits, and market research activities that provide firsthand insight into industry challenges and unmet needs.
  • Help improve market visibility through enhanced Salesforce tracking, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to strategy development, commercialization efforts, and growth initiatives across key waterproofing, roofing, and building envelope categories.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, educational programs, and industry associations.

Residential Building Envelope & Cross-Business Leadership

Connect Saint‑Gobain businesses to drive innovation and growth

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Commercial Buildings & Infrastructure organization and the Exterior Products Group for residential product initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the Residential Below Grade portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to support growth, product development, and commercialization activities.
  • Foster collaboration across Building Science, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and other businesses to unlock opportunities and strengthen portfolio performance.
