Job summary

BluIP is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the core UCaaS & CCaaS platform powering hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and healthcare providers nationwide. You will learn fast, own key features, and grow into a full PM while collaborating across engineering, design, and data teams.

You'll work with senior product leaders to define requirements, inform go-to-market activities, and drive data-informed decisions in a fast-moving AI-enabled telecom landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related role.
• Direct experience with SaaS or cloud communications (UCaaS/CCaaS).
• Track record of partnering with engineers, designers and users.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for UCaaS/CCaaS offerings.
• Define and prioritize product backlog and roadmap aligned to OKRs.
• Conduct customer research and translate into user stories and requirements.
• Own product messaging, announcements, collateral, and docs.
• Support go-to-market strategy, launches and adoption across segments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to ship features on time.
• Build telemetry dashboards and monitor funnels to inform decisions.
