Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Repurpose to support the growth of the global seating portfolio. You will manage product strategies, lifecycle, pricing, and profitability for refurbish/resale offerings while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value.

The role requires 1–4 years in product management, a bachelor’s degree, and understanding of circular economy concepts. This position offers opportunities to influence margins and lifecycle extension initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of the customer and sales process in repurpose and secondary markets.
• Strong understanding of operations, production, supply management, and end-to-end value streams.
• Ability to analyze data related to lifecycle economics, margin optimization, and recovery value.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives within an evolving business model.

Responsibilities

• Develops, drives, and influences product plans and strategies for seating product lines, including refurbished offerings.
• Defines market opportunities for repurpose offerings through analytical assessment and translates market needs into product criteria that support refurbishment, resale, and lifecycle extension strategies.
• Directs ongoing analysis and leads pricing and discounting strategy to maximize financial performance of seating and repurpose products.
• Provides input and decision-making support for systems and processes that enable repurpose workflows, including reverse logistics and inventory tracking.
• Creates necessary product sales support and training information for seating and repurpose offerings, including product condition standards, feature summaries, competitive evaluations, and pricing comparisons.
• Creates analytical tools and evaluates research to generate insights on recovery value, margin performance, demand, and cannibalization for repurpose products.
