Hultafors Group North America is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help drive the development, launch, and lifecycle management of professional-grade industrial tools and equipment used by trade professionals and industrial end users.

This early-career role offers ownership of defined product initiatives while collaborating with experienced product leaders in a global business environment, focusing on physical products like hand tools, work gear, and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, product management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, market research, or a related business function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Candidates should reside within the Metro Milwaukee area or be prepared to relocate before their start date.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of product plans, roadmaps, and portfolio initiatives.
• Lead portions of product development and product launch activities under the guidance of senior product managers.
• Conduct market, competitive, customer, and channel research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product requirements, specifications, business cases, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Participate in global product initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues to support regional and global product strategies.
• Support the successful launch of new products through training, sales enablement, customer presentations, and commercialization activities.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback and recommend actions to improve results.
• Maintain product documentation, competitive intelligence, and market insights for assigned product categories.
