Lab49, Inc. seeks an Associate Product Manager to translate business needs into product requirements and manage backlogs. You will work with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver on the product roadmap in an agile, fast-paced environment.

You will refine user stories, collaborate across functions, and assist in defining product governance. This entry-level role offers growth in client-facing settings and exposure to data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 2–5 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backlog: write, refine, and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams for feasibility and alignment.
• Clarify requirements with developers and QA; support sprint planning.
• Define and execute the product roadmap and governance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform decisions.
• Track product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
