US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our fiber optic connectivity portfolio.

You will coordinate between Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative solutions for data center and telecom applications. Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background and 1–3 years in product management or related roles, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; other engineering fields considered with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of product management, product development, technical marketing, or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends, sales, and opportunities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for products, markets, and applications focusing on mechanical design and tolerances.
• Analyze sales, market trends, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop reports on product performance, forecasts, and capacity.
• Manage new product development from concept to production.
• Gather customer requirements to identify portfolio enhancements.
• Develop launch plans for market introductions and readiness.
• Support supplier qualification and manufacturing readiness.
