Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of online product management experience.
• At least 12 months experience in customer dealing with online commerce.
• At least 1 year experience in product advertising, product/application control, business development, and/or management consulting.
• Experience growing and handing over presentations to various target market levels.
• Experience with product development lifecycle.
• Willing to travel as much as 10% of the time (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Improve and manage small initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability for the web channel.
• Collaborate closely with IT, advertising, marketing and merchandising.
• Assist product management activities for one or more merchandise.
• Possibly manage smaller products or product improvements.
• Conduct technical and marketplace studies to help product managers.
• Identify and resolve issues that can impair the team's ability to meet goals.
• Work with engineering and UI designers to outline key product requirements.
• Identify and quantify customer segments with strong growth potential and build business cases.
• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams.
• Manage ROI to justify execution; forecast, monitor and report business metrics.
• Identify industry best practices and build supplier relationships.
