Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, based in Austin, TX. This onsite role focuses on leading LV product marketing, brand analyses, and strategic campaigns to grow market share.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to develop plans, forecast demand, and support training for the sales force, ensuring cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• MBA preferred for advanced business training.
• 2–4 years of related work experience in the field.
• 2+ years exposure to sales/marketing in healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Manage LV product downstream marketing globally for assigned products and/or markets, providing marketing strategy, guidance, and support.
• Generate expert level brand, market, and competitive analyses.
• Develop annual marketing plans to grow product sales, profit, and share.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate measurable wins.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a unified strategy and cohesive tactical execution plans.
• Forecast product demand and sales for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning.
• Lead new LV product launches and cross-functional teams through launch milestones.
• Identify market entry strategies with the Reimbursement team and align with Commercial leaders.

Education

Bachelor's degree Related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

MBA preferred

Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience

2+ years of experience with or exposure to sales and/or marketing in healthcare/medical devices/diagnostics
