The Role

AXS is seeking an Associate Product Manager responsible for researching customer needs, analyzing the product landscape, and identifying business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, prioritizing features for the product roadmap to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals, managing multiple projects, supporting product documentation, and assisting sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise.

What Will You Do?
  1. Conduct research and gather customer feedback to understand business and fan opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Finance, Client Services, Marketing) to identify features aligned with revenue and satisfaction goals.
  3. Manage multiple projects with competing priorities using product management best practices.
  4. Prepare product documentation and support sales and marketing with technical expertise.
  5. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support product launches.
  6. Analyze trends and usage data to inform prioritization decisions.
What Will You Bring?
  1. BA/BS Degree (Advanced Degree preferred) or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  3. Demonstrated discipline in managing projects.
  4. Experience building scalable products that meet customer needs.
  5. Strong communication skills, attention to detail.
  6. Knowledge of product marketing and launch processes.
  7. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello.
  8. Organizational skills in a demanding environment.
  9. Passion for Mobile Apps (Android) and Technology.

Pay Scale: $81,209.00 - $105,000.00
