Job summary

Saronic Technologies in Austin is seeking an Associate Product Manager to contribute to the strategy, development, and delivery of autonomous maritime products. You will own a defined product area, support key products, and help build cross-functional resources.

This role is designed for junior PMs or engineers shifting into product management; we will train your skills and value enthusiasm, organization, judgement, and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong judgment and ability to differentiate good products from bad.
• Diplomatic, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Technical background with knowledge of autonomous systems and related tech.
• Mature written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to audiences.
• Interest in product management; prior PM experience is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented mindset for all projects, large and small.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a comprehensive product strategy aligned to vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and mission operations to drive execution.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for initiatives and components.
• Generate content to update and educate stakeholders; translate tech to non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain internal tools and documentation to support the Product function.
