Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• Strong judgement and ability to differentiate good vs. great products.
• Diplomatic collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Technical background with autonomous systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to audiences.
• Interest in product management; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented mindset for projects of any size.

Responsibilities

• Support development of a product strategy aligned to vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations to drive execution.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for initiatives.
• Generate updates and educate stakeholders on product design and rationale.
• Build and maintain internal tools and documentation for the Product function.
